Hungry Creek Road is a small, quiet country road that exits onto the east side of SH1, 200m north of the Puhoi turnoff. Our two sections for sale are situated1.5km from SH1 on the north side of Hungry Creek Road.

Both north-facing sections have flat to steep contours and have a geotechnically-approved building area. Titles will be covenant-free except for some restrictions on certain dog breeds (in the aid of stock safety) and motorcross bikes (in the aid of peace and quiet).

We bought the block on Hungry Creek Road in 2014 and have spent the last two years meeting the necessary Council requirements for subdivision, including the fencing of native bush and wetland areas.

Our intention is to sell the subdivided property and to live on the residual block. We are a family of four (with a new addition on the way) and are looking for good folk to become our neighbours.
